We stayed at the Tropicana Suite for a week in august with our 2 kids (2 and 4 years old). We were impressed by the quality of the service we received, the staff is very helpful and charming. The restaurant offers diverse options; I am a vegetarian and had no difficulty to get vegetarian meals.
We had 4 amazing days in this hotel. The buffet was diverse and the food is really good. The bar is really nice and serves delicious drinks. The staff is bilingual and very helpful. The apartment was comfortable and spacious and very well equipped. This place is ideal for family vacation; I recommend to go All Inclusive.

Visited for the 2nd time 8 ladies, for a friend's birthday celebration. We shared 2 rooms and all agreed they were adequately equipped with a mini kitchen goof sized bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The staff at this hotel are great. Special mentions to the hotel receptionist Pamela, bar staff Pedro, Nico and Andrey who was very helpful with bar service and info. Clean and very close to all the fun of Benidorm. Thanks to all the staff we will be back again soon.
