TERMS AND CONDITIONS DRAW

1. Organizer
The company INDUSTRIAS HOTELERAS DEL MEDITERRÁNEO SL, from now on the organizer, with fiscal address:
Benidorm, Avda.L'Aiguera nº11 03500 Benidorm (Alicante), Telf. 96 585 11 21 and with CIF B-03058542 organizes a promotion in Facebook under the modality of SORTEO and in accordance with the bases detailed next.
2. Drawing period
The draw will be promoted from July 15, 2020 until July 21, 2020, at 23:59 (CET) on the official profile of Benidorm Celebrations on Facebook, announcing the winner on July 22, 2020 in a publication on that facebook page.
Users can participate until 21/07 at 23:59h and as many times as they want as long as they meet the conditions specified in the publication of the draw. Once the draw is closed, no more users can participate. Industrias Hoteleras del Mediterráneo is not responsible for late entries or fraudulent or incomplete participations.
3. Conditions of participation
Any natural person of legal age and with full capacity to exercise their rights may participate in the draw. Participation in the draw is free of charge.
No direct employees, family members or collaborators of the organiser may take part in this promotion. Minors are excluded from participating in the competition. To be able to participate in the draw, the participant must have a Facebook account and his/her profile must be public, so that the requirements of the draw can be checked.
4. Mechanics of participation
The draw will take place on Facebook, choosing a winner among all those who participate and meet the requirements. To participate in the draw, users must:
- Mention in the comments three or more people
- Sharing the publication publicly
- Give Me Likes on the Benidorm Celebrations page
The winner will be chosen by the organizer at random from all participants in the draw.
5. Prize and duration of the draw
The prize consists of 2 nights accommodation in the STANDARD APARTMENT (STUDIO + 1 BEDROOM) 2/5 for 3 adults in 'All in BC' board. It does not include travel for the winner or his/her companions, and other expenses derived from the enjoyment of the prize are not included. The organizer reserves the right to modify the gifts for others of similar promotional cost, in case of force majeure.
The prize must be enjoyed from 23 July to 2 August. The acceptance of the date of stay will also be conditioned by the quota of free gifts for this period. In the event that the prize is not enjoyed on the dates established in these rules, the winner will lose the prize and it can no longer be exchanged at a later or earlier date. In the event that the winner has reserved the prize stay, and subsequently needs to be modified or cancelled, the corresponding cancellation fees will apply. Likewise, the prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for another product, service or for its economic value.
To exchange the prize you must contact by private message to the same page and communicate your chosen dates within a maximum of 10 days from the day of publication of the winner of the contest.
The winner of the prize will be subject to the fulfilment of all the fiscal obligations established by the applicable legislation in force, where applicable, and will be exclusively responsible for the payment of these obligations.
6. Other rules of use
Offensive, violent or pornographic comments; messages that invade or damage the privacy of others; insults, threats, foul language; degrading content or disqualification of any person, other members of the community or our products and service, brand or team are prohibited and will not be accepted. Such comments will be removed from the publication and the author will not be able to participate in the contest and will be automatically and immediately excluded from it. Similarly, any participant in the promotional draw who makes or is suspected of making use, handling and use of any means, systems or devices for automated and massive introduction of data or are carriers of viruses will be excluded. The organizer also reserves the right to take legal action against the author or person responsible.
7. Reservation and limitations
The organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the draw during the course of the draw if there is just cause or force majeure that prevents it from being carried out in the manner set out in these rules. In this case, he will communicate such modification. The organizer reserves the right to postpone or extend the period of the draw, as well as the right to interpret these legal bases.
The organizer is not responsible for any errors in the rules.
